Operations Underway For New Signworld Owner In Lubbock, TX




Delta Signs & Designs, a New Signworld Operation in Lubbock, TX Is Already Claiming His Stake In The Sign Indusry.

Signworld is proud to announce the opening of Delta Signs & Designs in Lubbock, TX.  Delta Signs & Designs is owned and operated by Dustin Hudgeons and his staff that has over 15 years of experience in the sign industry.

Dustin, who was a successful business owner with one of the largest mobile auto detailing and windshield repair companies in Lubbock, TX, as well as with a pizza restaurant that he partially owned, was anxious to get his next venture started after selling his detailing business and his sta ke in the pizza restaurant.  Dustin is also a Texas Tech University Alumni where he received awards for leadership and marketing.  After college, he became very involved and remains involved to this day with the American Business Club.  The American Business Club presented Dustin with the 2012 Presidential Award and the 2013 AMBUC of the Year award.  “I very fortunate to have achieved as much success in the business world as I have even at a young age.  I look forward to building on that success and leveraging the power of the Signworld family to become not only the best sign company in Lubbock, TX, but also in the southwest.  Signworld has provided me with the tools and the business model to be successful and I look forward to following their guidance as I grow my business.”, added Dustin Hudgeons, Owner of Delta Signs & Designs.

Shortly after being introduced to Signworld by his FRANNet Franchise Coach knew that Signworld was the right fit for his next big venture.  He began the process of incorporating his company, telling everyone he knew of his decision and more importantly building a pipeline of future business that he could produce once he was ready to go live with Delta Signs & Designs.  Dustin worked diligently to quickly ramp up his business and after completing his 2-week initial training, he opened the doors to his new business.

Dustin Hudgeons Helps Others with Good Works



Dustin Hudgeons has always had a desire to help those less fortunate than himself. He realizes how blessed he has been in his own life. Dustin Hudgeons does not take his blessings for granted and tries to live a simple life despite his success as a businessman. 

To show his gratitude as a successful business owner, Dustin Hudgeons has willingly dedicated his time to helping others through acts of charity and community service. He has helped out several organizations, with Lubbock Monterey AMBUCS being the most prominent. 

Dustin Hudgeons began his support of Lubbock Monterey AMBUCS in 2010. The non-profit organization is dedicated to helping people with disabilities. Dustin Hudgeons participation with the organization has been extensive for the short period he has been a member. He served one year as his chapter's secretary and two years as Program Chairman of AMBUCS. As chairman, he helped arrange community projects like attaining trykes designed for disabled children, designing and building playgrounds for children with disabilities, and building ramps so homes and businesses are more easily accessible. 

Dustin Hudgeons's work with AMBUCS was recognized by the organization in 2012 when he was awarded the Presidential Award. But Dustin Hudgeons has served other groups too. Dustin Hudgeons helped out with missionary work through Operation Hope, which is a nonprofit private bank for the poor. 

Another organization Dustin Hudgeons helped out was Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center. Once again, this organization is meant to help individuals with disabilities. Dustin Hudgeons supports equine therapy because of the positive impacts shown by therapy recipients. Volunteers to the program like Dustin Hudgeons help out by side walking and leading, schooling, or performing clerical or office duties. The program happily accepts volunteers and Dustin Hudgeons knew the program was another way he could help individuals with disabilities. He was grateful for a chance to work with people in person and make a small difference.

Dustin Hudgeons Owns Multiple Businesses



It is said that a person who loves their job will never work a day in their life. Dustin Hudgeons understands the sentiment. He enjoys being a businessman and continues to work on expanding his business portfolio. While Dustin Hudgeons is a simple man, he is also very talented. He has been a business owner since 2005.

It was in 2005, that Dustin Hudgeons became the proud owner of Dustin's Enterprises. That same year, he became the owner of Dustin's Fleet Wash and Windshield Repair. It was Dustin Hudgeons' goal to bring quality glass repair to clients. It was his goal to be the best windshield repair service in the area. Quality repairs are very important to Dustin Hudgeons as a business owner for both his business's reputation and his commitment to loyalty.

Dustin Hudgeons is committed to being an ethical and moral business owner. The repairs performed at Dustin's Fleet Wash and Windshield Repair is done swiftly and accurately. Knowing the dangers of a damaged windshield, Dustin Hudgeons takes the hassle out of the process out of finding a time for repairs by maintaining a 7-day appointment schedule. He also makes payment easy by accepting all insurance companies. For customers without insurance, the first chip is a low fee of $45 and $15 for any additional chips.

In 2010, Dustin Hudgeons added Delta Kits to the brands served at his company. Dustin's Fleet Wash and Windshield Repair is also associated with Safelite. Today, Dustin Hudgeons' is celebrating a successful eight-year run as a business owner. 

While Dustin Hudgeons continues to operate his wash and windshield repair company, he expanded his business skills into the restaurant business. In 2011, Dustin Hudgeons purchased LaBella Pizza. With several businesses under his ownership, Dustin Hudgeons has a lot to manage; yet, he still finds time to perform good works in his community either through volunteer work or donations.

Dustin Hudgeons Supports Operation Hope



Dustin Hudgeons is proud to be a volunteer in his community. Although he has a hectic schedule he always seems to find time to help those in need. Dustin Hudgeons was shocked by the devastating impact that Hurricane Sandy had on the East Coast. As he watched the coverage of this natural disaster he was moved to find a way to help. He was especially impacted because it seemed as if so many people needed help and the destruction was so widespread.

He knew that a local organization called Operation Hope had made mission trips to New Orleans to assist the local population after Hurricane Katrina. Dustin Hudgeons contacted the Operation Hope organization and expressed his concerns about the people of the East Coast. Dustin Hudgeons learned that the volunteers at Operation Hope had indeed felt the same compassion and empathy for the people impacted by Hurricane Sandy and were planning to make a mission trip to New York. Dustin Hudgeons felt compelled to join the team from Operation Hope on the mission.

Dustin Hudgeons joined with other volunteers from the Operation Hope team as they traveled to New York in order to help the communities impacted by Hurricane Sandy. He was shocked by the utter destruction that he witnessed while in New York. In some places entire communities were devastated leaving scores of people without homes, clothing, or any possession at all. The Operation Hope team represented their hometown of Lubbock, Texas in a positive way. The people that they were able to assist were extremely grateful for their presence. Dustin Hudgeons believes that many people were shocked to see volunteers from as far away as Texas. Dustin Hudgeons was very impressed by the organization Operation Hope. He is proud to have volunteered with such an outstanding mission group.

The Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center with Dustin Hudgeons



Dustin Hudgeons is a passionate volunteer with the Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center. The Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center is committed to providing people with disabilities the best equine-assisted therapy possible. Dustin Hudgeons notes that the staff at the Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center is extremely devoted to their clients and their work. The Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center is located in the South Plains of Texas at the Texas Tech University Equestrian Riding Center. The Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center is a teaching center that helps to prepare and train students in the many aspects of equine-assisted therapy. The center is also committed to providing information to increase the scientific knowledge surrounding the benefits of equine-assisted therapy.

Dustin Hudgeons notes that many people are able to benefit from equine-assisted therapy. The Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center has assisted people with the following disabilities: Cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism, Spina Bifida, Muscular dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, mental retardation, visual impairment, emotional disabilities, amputations, and learning disabilities. Dustin Hudgeons feels this to be a very impressive list. He is encouraged that so many people with disabilities can see improvements to the quality of their life from participating in equine-assisted therapy.

Equine-assisted therapy uses the movement of the horse to promote certain results in patients. Therapists who assist in this process are trained in areas such as occupational, physical, and speech therapies. A team of professionals evaluate each potential client and track their successes and improvements. Clients who have participated in equine-assisted therapy have seen benefits in their physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities. Dustin Hudgeons also notes that many of the people who participate in the program seem to show increased feelings of joy when they spend time with the horses. Dustin Hudgeons believes that the Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center is a valuable resource in his community.

Community Service Advocate: Dustin Hudgeons



Dustin Hudgeons believes in the importance of community service. Dustin Hudgeons is committed to making community service a part of his life. He finds community service to be incredibly rewarding. For Dustin Hudgeons participating in various community service projects is a way for him to share his time and talents. In addition to being active with many community service organizations, Dustin Hudgeons is also an advocate for the importance of community service. Dustin Hudgeons encourages other members of society to get involved and experience the many benefits of using your time to help others.

Dustin Hudgeons spends many hours volunteering with the AMBUCS charitable organization. AMBUCS is a non-profit group that seeks to assist people with disabilities. AMBUCS focuses on helping improve the mobility and level of independence of disabled people. The organization helps provide disabled people in the community with ramps for their homes. Dustin Hudgeons also notes that many of the organization's programs focus on improving the lives of children. AMBUCS works hard to modify or construct new playgrounds that are accessible for handicapped children. They also provide modified tricycles to children with disabilities. The AMBUCS organization has a scholarship fund that benefits students who want to pursue fields of study such as occupational or physical therapy.

Dustin Hudgeons also participates with the Operation Hope organization. Operation Hope is a non-profit organization that does mission work in communities that are in need. Dustin Hudgeons joined Operation Hope on a mission trip to New York to assist in the post Hurricane Sandy clean-up efforts. He found the trip to be a rewarding experience.

The Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center is another charitable organization that benefits from the volunteer efforts of Dustin Hudgeons. The Texas Tech Therapeutic Riding Center offers equine-assisted therapy to people with disabilities.
